favorite this post Loud open mic crowds ruin it for musicians who practice to be heard. (Show respect and aloha. They are playing for YOU.) hide this posting unhide

I love to play out.
I also love to hear others play their tunes.

Greatness is often overshadowed by rude and loud talking.

It's open mic night, so I show respect.
I can talk loud all other nights.

But I respect the musicians who practice to show you a good time.

I am SURE I will get a reply from some musician who will ensure me that he or she can control a crowd every time, which is a lie.

Just show respect to musicians on their little night.
