**Starting wages depend on many factors such as skills, speed, and experience.
**Pay commensurates with experience, job performance, tools, equipment, efficiency, productivity, profitability, skills, speed, accuracy, learning ability, and communication skills.
**Experienced, reliable worker with good work habits.
**Need to have a pickup work truck it’s lumber racks to carry ladders, building materials, roofing, tools, etc)
**Please, no drugs/alcohol, criminal behavior/smoking.
* Must have experience/skills/knowledge, chainsaw, tall extension ladder, tools, Truck, and equipment.
* Prefer full-time, 30-40 hours per week in Puna and Hilo areas.
* Knowledgeable, capable, multi-skilled worker for a small Hilo rental property firm that does residential construction, renovation work, repairs, termite damage, maintenance, and painting.
* Must have good work habits, good attitude, good communication skills, able to take good pictures, and write reports, good work
attendance records and be punctual every day.
* Work as an Independent Contractor (1099) in a Fiduciary capacity
