We’re looking for a dependable, self-motivated person to manage and maintain five large koi ponds and waterfalls at a single condo property. This is a hands-on, outdoor position where you’ll be trusted to handle daily tasks independently and keep the water features looking and operating at their best.
You won’t always have a supervisor on site, so this role is ideal for someone who takes pride and ownership of their work, works well independently and can figure things out when issues come up.
No pond experience? Want to learn about Pond Ecosystems? No worries! We’ll train the right person.
What You’ll Do
• Perform routine pond maintenance and clean-outs
• Maintain pumps, plumbing, filtration, and waterfalls
• Monitor water quality and assist with fish care
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment or water issues
• Keep the pond areas clean, safe, and visually appealing
• Communicate updates and report any concerns as needed
• Be a positive member of a work team

• Valid driver’s license
Helpful (But Not Required)
• Experience with pumps, plumbing, landscaping, irrigation, or mechanical systems
• Interest in water features, fish, or outdoor environments
