Maintaining the Physical Asset - daily inspections of grounds, makes recommendations for physical repairs, replacements, and/or improvements to the association property manager. Maintains all compliance issues with residents. Inspection of all units for termites, water leaks and window integrity. Notify owners in writing of inspection results and follow up. Supervises move-in and move-out procedures. Janitorial/Maintenance/Landscape responsibilities.
Administration - maintenance of property files and records, maintenance log, handles any emergency that may arise on site. Communicates all problems and makes recommendations to association property manager.
Education/Experience - High school education, Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) status; or Minimum three consecutive years experience as a resident manager or experience in a related field. Ability to handle finances and work within a budget. Positive attitude, good sense of humor, assertive, and capable. Demonstrated integrity on personal as well as professional level. Ability to solve problems, including but not limited to those involving residents, personnel, finances, equipment failure, emergency situations.
