Location: Glenwood (Hilo / Pahoa /Volcano/ Kurtistown/ Mountain View area)
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on person with experience or strong interest in organic gardening, soil health, and greenhouse care. This is a once-a-week position (Monday–Friday flexible day) helping restore and maintain 4 neglected greenhouses.

Duties Include:
• General cleanup and restoration of greenhouse areas
• Establishing outdoor growing areas.
• Watering, pruning, and plant care (fruit trees, vegetables, ornamentals)
• Assisting with organic soil and nutrient formulations for fruit trees and garden systems
• Testing and observing plant response to different natural inputs
• Helping produce Bokashi inoculants and compost systems
• Light farm maintenance and improvement projects as needed

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in organic gardening, permaculture, or greenhouse work preferred
• Interested in soil biology, composting, and natural farming methods
• Willing to learn and experiment with different organic formulations
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently once trained
• Physically able to handle outdoor farm work in Hawaii conditions

• Ongoing position with potential for more hours based on performance and farm needs
