We’re looking for someone who:
• Shows up and communicates well
• Can lead when needed and follow when appropriate
• Doesn’t mind rain, mud, sun, or the occasional surprise Hawaiian downpour
• Can safely lift 40 lbs.
• Has reliable transportation
• Has a clean felony record
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen (THC is okay)
• Preferably lives in the Waimea area
Landscape, tree care, irrigation, nursery, construction, or agricultural experience is a plus, but attitude matters more than experience. We’ll train the right person.
