⮞ Set up Crew set up the event (from 4 to 10 hours, varies by event)
⮞ Strike Crew (Typically starts at 9:00pm or 10:00pm)
QUALIFICATIONS
•Reliable and responsible
•Able to follow detailed instructions but is able to pivot if there are changes to the set up
•Team Player
•Have reliable transportation and phone
•Able to lift, push, pull and/or carry a minimum of 75lbs
•Be able to stand for long periods of time and tolerate the heat and other weather conditions when setting up outdoors
•Available to work long hours, early morning and/or late nights when needed
•Is able to work quickly and efficiently to complete tasks on time
•Must be firm (but professional) with customers and able to adhere to the contract, regardless of pressure
•Able to use and follow GPS when, and if needed
•Must be able to comprehend the overall vision for each project, including following diagrams
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Clean rentals, equipment and vehicles after event set up
•Accurately count and pull orders by using pull sheets
•Load and safely transport orders to the venue
•Install rentals according to pull sheets, including tents, lighting, furnishings and decor items
•Take down rentals after the event, noting any damage and/or loss
Pay:
•$20 while on probation (60 days), while your skill and ability is assessed.
•After probation (review) you can earn UP TO $30 depending on performance and skill
•Possible bonuses (bonuses are based on performance and reliability)
Schedule:
•Part time, hours vary depending on event
Work Location:
•Multiple locations on the Big Island but mostly in Kailua Kona and The Resort area on the Kohala Coast. Must be able to drive to each venue.
