We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking concrete construction laborer /worker to join our crew immediately.
What we all do:
• Load / unload material for jobs, general site cleanup and assist each other complete these task
• Demo concrete, and haul rubble on or off jobsites
• Operate power tools, set rebar, forms, finish grade, and set screeds
• Mixing of cementous products, patching, placing, and finishing concrete
• Setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete (foundations, slabs, driveways, patios, footings, etc.)
• Run small jobsite machines Skidsteers, mini excavators, and man lifts, gradealls
Requirements:
• Understand maintain a drug free jobsite
• Have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in construction (preferred but will train the right person)
• Physically fit — able to lift 75+ lbs and work in all weather
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to show up on time
Pay & Perks:
• Competitive hourly pay based on actual proof ($20–$28/hr)
