We are looking for a reliable and experienced yard worker for two types of work across multiple properties in the Hilo area:

🏡 POSITION 1 – REGULAR MONTHLY MAINTENANCE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📍 Properties: Private home + 5-acre farm property (Hilo area)
💵 Pay: Flat rate per visit (negotiable)
🗓️ Schedule: Once a month, consistent recurring work
Duties:
• Mowing residential yard (private home)
• Mowing and maintaining yard areas around a 5-acre farm property
• Trimming around structures, fencing, and pathways
• Weed whacking and brush control
• Basic cleanup after each visit

🌱 POSITION 2 – ON-CALL / AS-NEEDED MAINTENANCE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
📍 Properties: Various locations in Hilo area
💵 Pay: Flat rate per job (negotiable based on property size or project)
🗓️ Schedule: Irregular — we contact you when needed
Duties:
• General yard cleanup
• Other light property maintenance as needed
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Own mower, weed wacker, and basic equipment (required)
• Experience maintaining farm properties and large lots
• Comfortable working around farm structures and fencing
• Reliable — must show up when scheduled
• Responsive to calls and texts
• Local to Hilo / East Hawaii
