Compensation
-Starting Pay: $25/hour for the first 3 months
-Increased Pay: $27/hour after 3 months
-Performance Bonus: Eligible for a bonus after 6 months, based on performance
Responsibilities
As a Pool Service Technician, you will:
-Inspect and maintain pools for cleanliness and safety
-Test water quality and adjust chemical levels as needed
-Clean pool surfaces, filters, and pumps
-Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
-Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs
Qualifications
-No previous experience required; we will provide training
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Good communication skills
-Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds
