This is orchard work: long days in the sun, physically demanding, and genuinely rewarding. You'll finish each shift tired, proud, and knowing you earned it. We're not looking for people who just need a paycheck — we're looking for people who want to build something, take pride in doing a job right, and show up when it's rain or shine.
Pay: $20 to $25/hour based on experience. Paid weekly, direct to your bank account.
We're adding 3 people to our tight-knit crew.
What it takes:
- On your feet for extended stretches
- Your own reliable car (we start at 7am sharp — no exceptions)
- A positive attitude
- Able to lift 60+ lbs
- Ready to work outdoors in any weather
Typical schedule:
Friday: 7am–2pm
Saturday: 8am–2pm
This is a 1099 position (independent contractor).
