Aloha! I'm a semi-retired professional woman seeking an oceanfront Ohana, Cottage, or Condo in Kailua Kona, at the beach, within walking distance to town.

My dream is for a peaceful, private space with beautiful ocean views from inside the home, to enjoy for a very long while, if everyone's happy with the arrangement!

If the owner wishes to stay there for a month or two each year...
I can be flexible and travel. ;-)

I'm clean, quiet, and respectful; no drama, no drugs, no smoking.
Move in anytime with 30 days notice to current Landlord.

I've lived in Kona for 24 years... we probably know a lot of the same people. ;-)
I have excellent personal, professional, and rental references.
