Housing Wanted - 1 bedroom or studio (Kailua-kona)

Aloha! I’m currently looking for a rental in Kona!
Either a month to month or maximum 6 month lease is preferable, starting in April or sooner. Studio would be optimal but the right fit in a shared house would also be great, looking mainly in palisades but not restricted to the area. My budget is 1400 with everything included, no pets, I’m typically at my own place about half the time, the other half with my lovely girlfriend.
I am currently a daytime bartender in Kona and a musician in a few different bands, don’t worry I typically play acoustic guitar at home or plugged in with headphones so not loud, plus free concerts if requested! Love to cook, surf, scuba dive and generally be outside. Don’t have too many possessions in terms of furniture, mainly clothes surfboards and music gear.
