Mobility scooter, Does have the mirrors and I habe the charger. Only things wrong are the light button is missing (lights work perfectly) and there are some scratches on the sides but I have sealed them so they dont get worse. Pick up is in ocean view, price is for the scooter only. If you want the lift too it'll be $3,000. Lift is pretty much brand new. No mileage or title as its a medical scooter.
