Friendly & Healthy Wool Sheep for Grazing/Wool/Pets
Two non-breeding ewes and 1 wether (neutered male) available.
The ewes are 'StarChip' 5 years old and 'Zinnia' 4 years old. Both ewes have nice wool and are healthy, but they have never had lambs and are now too old to have lambs for the first time.
The wether is 1 year old. He is very friendly and has a lovely fine fleece.
The sheep are Clun Forest, which are a hardy wool breed. They need to be sheared once a year in the Spring.
These sheep would make great grazers for your orchard or extra grass.
Sheep are 'flock' animals, so you need to have 3 or more for them to be happy.
$125. each for the ewes and $175 for the yearling wether
All 3 sheep for $400
The photo are from Jan 2026, new photos coming soon
New to sheep? I am happy to advise new sheep owners on proper care and fencing.
Basic Sheep Requirements:
Grassy pasture with dog-proof fencing, such as hog-wire/field fence and a shelter/shed for protection from heavy rain.
Sheep need to have their hooves trimmed from time to time (usually 1 - 2 times a year) and to be dewormed as needed.
