Twin mattress, waterproof mattress cover, box spring and metal frame with sheet set (1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 1comforter, 1 pillow case, 1sham cover). Small stain on mattress. Can be cleaned to remove stain or kept in waterproof mattress cover (included). Felt on bottom of box spring is detached in some areas and could use some new staples.
