Structurally excellent and sturdy. Island-kept for the past 20 years, dry side Waimea. Clean home, no mold. Chair seats have been reupholstered and are comfortable. Table and shows age-appropriate wear and would definitely benefit from refinishing if desired, but are smooth and usable as-is. Thanks how we’re currently using it!
This is substantial, well-built furniture — not modern veneer construction.

I also have the matching sideboard/hutch for sale!
