I am taking orders for beef shares for steers that are ready to be butchered. Shares are full share (300-400 pounds), half share (150-200 pounds), quarter share (70-100 pounds), and one-eighth share (35-50 pounds). If puchasing full or half share you will be able to customize your cuts. Quarter and One-Eighth shares will be standard cuts.
