Splashers Grill has immediate openings for an am lead line cook, pm lead line cook, and chef tournant. The qualifications for each job are as follows:

Lead Line Cook (am and pm) - Must have an ability to call tickets with ease and work inside expediter. Must be proficient in frying, grilling, and sauteing. A Culinary Arts degree is preferred but not a must. A minimum of 5 years working on a hotline in a high volume kitchen is mandatory. Must be available to work all weekends and holidays. Compensation for this position is $18-$19 per hour and a skills test will be given during the interview process.
Chef Tournant - Must have all the qualifications as a lead line cook. Must have experience filling out prep lists and managing breaks for line cooks. Must be able to outside expedite food and lead the kitchen during service. Must be aware of ticket times and have an ability to control the timing of all the food on the line. Compensation for this position is $20 and a skills test will be given during the interview process.
Both of these positions can serve as a springboard for a hardworking cook looking to break into kitchen management and there is plenty of room for advancement.
