Chocolate Maker (Bean-to-Bar Specialist)
As a Chocolate Maker, you’ll be hands-on in transforming cacao beans into finished chocolate bars and confections. This is a craft-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys both precision and creativity.
What you’ll do:
Roast, crack, winnow, grind, and refine cacao beans into chocolate.
Monitor flavor development and adjust roasting and conching profiles.
Temper, mold, and package finished chocolate products.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout production.
Collaborate on new flavors and product development.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in chocolate making, pastry, coffee roasting, or similar craft production (preferred but not required).
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to lift 40 lbs and work on your feet.
Curiosity, creativity, and a love for chocolate.
