We are a family owned company looking for a professional crew member with
excellent customer service skills to grow with us and become part of our enthusiastic
team. We are passionate about providing high quality sailing and snorkeling tours with
lots of Aloha for our guests.
Responsibilities:
• Boat knowledge and safety/training available
• Food Service
Required:
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass Lifeguard course for certification
• Confident swimmer/able to free dive at least 20 ft
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, professional, neat appearance
• Ability to lift/maneuver 60lbs
Preferred Skills:
• Work well in a team environment
• Follows direction well and able to multitask
• Local knowledge Hawaiian history/ Ability to learn
• Flexible hours- Day Tours/ Manta Ray Night Snorkel Tours
• Prior boating experience
Compensation:
• Competitive Wages
• Benefits for 20+ hours a week after you qualify
