Most humans dread the journey of grieving, whether it’s the loss of our youth, death or divorce of a person, letting go of a beloved pet, moving to a new home or location, finishing education, leaving a job, or sending a child off into the world. It usually conjures up a lot of fear…Knowing the “stages" of grief: Denial, Negotiation, Anger, Depression, and Acceptance makes the passage quite a bit easier. And having a support network of at least one compassionate friend and/or loving family member increases the likelihood of experiencing grace at the twists and turns benefits us in Finding Meaning to carry on. January 19th from 10am-11:30am at New Thought Center of Hawaii in Kealakekua.
