PHILOSOPHY

Functional Fitness CLF is a mindfulness-based fitness and wellness experience. Systematically assisting our clients in discovering their personal fitness and wellness goal. Our primary focus is to guide and facilitate clients, by coaching them in achieving their personal transition. This is done by way of our mind, body, and soul methodology.

HISTORY

In 2002 we opened as a personal training facility. Throughout the years we realized that achieving fitness goals and dealing with personal adversities go hand in hand. In 2009, we started working with clients helping them surpass personal adversities, through our positive mindfulness fitness training. Today we took it one step further, designing a mind, body, and soul methodology.

MISSION

Functional Fitness CLF works with its clients by assisting them in realizing not just their fitness goals, but also realizing that their adversities can be overcome. Our mission is to stand by our clients through their personal transition, while facilitating positive improvement which will change their lives forever.

GUARANTEE

While offering 24/7 support, if our methodology fails, we will continue training our clients at no cost until their goals are met.

Sessions Mon-Wed-Fri $150 Week or $500 Month
Accepting One Client Needing to Lose 100Lbs at No Cost
