Two bedroom duplex unit for rent in an old plantation style home in Honomu. The unit is mostly unfurnished. Kitchen with full amenities (fridge, range/stove), plenty of counter space and storage. Bathroom with both shower and tub. Large living room with high ceilings throughout. Wrap around lanai in back that extends from the kitchen area. Washer and drier access in basement downstairs. Parking under carport.

Rent is $1565 a month.
Lease is for six months, then month-to-month thereafter.
Move in requirement is first month's rent, plus cleaning deposit equal to the rent ($1565). Total move in is $3130.
Includes all utilities (water and electricity), plus free wifi. You are responsible for the propane for cooking and dryer.

No Section 8.
No pets.
No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property.

There's a generally quiet, peaceful environment on the property and we're looking to keep it that way.

There is a retired couple who occupy the other side of the duplex. We are seeking considerate tenant who can share the home without causing disturbances to other tenants.
