Aloha! I'm looking for someone who could use a studio apartment in the next week. It is $1250/mo + utilities (approx. $190 - 220/mo). Utilities are electric, water, sewer and trash. They are pet friendly with deposit. There is on-site laundry and mail boxes for package deliveries. The apartment has a ceiling fan (no A/C).

It is an upstairs unit at Malia Apartments right near downtown Hilo @ 311 Lehua St. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. It's walking distance to Hilo Public Library, KTA downtown, the farmer's market, two large parks, a lot of restaurants and shopping. The Hilo Town Market every Friday is about 4 blocks away and is worth the walk.
It's approximately 2 miles from UH Hilo and the Hawai'i Community College is closer. It's about one mile from Hilo Bay Front beach. Hele-On bus route 104 passes by as well.

I am moving so shortly because I had the opportunity to get a larger place for myself and children. Otherwise I very much like this place and the neighborhood. This a great spot for a college student or someone who works from home. The manager is very gracious and friendly. I'm hoping to have it cleaned and ready by Monday 7/27.
