Hi, we are a family of 5 looking to house swap sometime around the Christmas break. We live about 15 minutes from the Golden gate bridge in beautiful Marin County. Our home has a beautiful mountain view and is only 1 1/2 miles from the freeway. It is two-story, 5 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, lots of space, granite/stainless kitchen, and very child-friendly. We have two large decks, gas grill, hot tub, and we are just a few miles from amazing hiking/mtn biking trails on mt. Tam. We have 3 mtn. bikes for adults to borrow. There is sea kayaking in sausalito, as well as wonderful bike trails. SF is only a short drive away.

Folsom is well known for high calibre homes and people. We have Folsom Lake, Intell Corporation, Folsom College, and currently they are building a new indoor Mall about 2 miles from my property.

My property sits up on the hillside among million dollar homes that all look over the Sacramento Valley. When the real estate market was up this land was valued at $400k unfortunately it is not the case now but in a few more years I am sure the recovery will push the value back up.

I currently owe nothing on this lot, I own it outright. I was going to build on the lot and have a full set of plans for a 3780 sq ft home but went through a nasty divorce and could not proceed with the home. So the home plans will go with the lot. Beautiful two story home with built in Elevator and decking. Oh did I mention the turkey and deer run wild across my lot due to the greenbelts behind the property.

Due to the lack of cash on my part I am looking for a straight across trade or close to it. Your home can be in need of fixing up that is ok with me I am pretty handy.

Right now, Alaska Air has a great deal on non-stop flights from Maui to Oakland - so this is your chance to come visit the great city of San Francisco!

We have the top floor of a 2-story Victorian which we have decorated with art and reminders of our other travels. The apartment rocks with a fabulous bathtub for 2 with Jacuzzi jets and a waterfall shower, an old Wedgewood stove in the kitchen, hardwood floors throughout and 2 decent sized bedrooms (2 couples could easily stay, as we have 2 queen-sized beds and someone could also take the fairly comfy sofa in the living room). It's near the major streets of Mission and Valencia where buses run all night, 5 blocks from SF's subway BART, and in a neighborhood (bernal heights) that is chock full of fun bars, every kind of restaurant you could want, with great walks you can take up to the top of Bernal Hill for fabulous views of the city - oh, and the warmest weather in San Francisco. The hot 'hood of the Mission is just 10 blocks north, as well.

We're looking for someplace within walking distance of the beach that's comfortable for 2 of us. We have good friends in Lahaina but are willing to stay in Kihei, as well. We are responsible, fun-loving peeps in our mid-40s. Working and personal references are available, and are also asked of from you.

We often have "last minute" openings which we may be willing to trade for a like-kind property in Waimea or Kokee for an inexpensive "staycation". We can only trade quickly upcoming open dates, but may be willing to take future dates at your property in trade.

Right now, we only have the nights of Wednesday, Nov. 4 at Twin Hearts and Friday, Nov. 6 at Hale Kai Kalani, but would be willing to trade just a night.
