<description><![CDATA[The Enterprise Systems Administrator role is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the USARPAC Theaters System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Systems Centers Operations Manager (SCOM) implementations and their ability to support the Enterprise. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. The Enterprise Systems Administrator will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues.<br>

Responsibilities:<br>
	Configure, build, and support the SCCM/SCOM servers for USARPAC Theater<br>
	Collaborate with other IT staff members and teams to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling mission objectives and processes.<br>
	Assist with recommending, scheduling, and implementing server / application upgrades or repairs.<br>
	Deploy new COTS and GOTS applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.<br>
	Apply software updates to servers and workstations for both COTS and GOTS applications<br>
	Deploy server operating systems as required<br>
	Responsible for benchmarking and tuning server hardware and software for optimal system performance.<br>
	Responsible for escalated server, application, and hardware troubleshooting.<br>
	Assist in establishing technology based policies and procedures for entire organization.<br>
	Perform system upgrades on servers and operating systems.<br>
	Assist with the research and evaluation of new third-party applications, hardware and services.<br>
	Perform on going server and security audits in accordance with Army regulations and DISA STIG requirements.<br>
<br>
Qualifications: <br>
	Must be a self-starter with superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the Enterprise level.<br>
	Ability to actively participate in team support by proposing and implementing solutions.<br>
	Demonstrated aptitude for providing exceptional customer service in politically charged environments.<br>
	Good communication skills are a must (both oral and written) along with strong interpersonal skills.<br>
	Shares knowledge readily and recognizes own need to learn.<br>
	Technical proficiency in SCOM/SCCM with experience in managing medium to large environments.<br>
	Adequate understanding of the base OS and SCOM Management Packs with the ability to troubleshoot SCOM effectively and understand the product configuration, flow and logging. <br>
	Experience administering SCCM/SCOM in large enterprise environments<br>
	Experience in using SCCM, Software Updates to deploy software updates and patches<br>
	Experience in Software Deployment using SCCM <br>
	Experience and proficiency with Windows server Operating Systems, clustering, scripting e.g. VB or Powershell, SQL- both management and querying, WMI and IIS and WinBatch.<br>
	Experience working with Windows Operating Systems (5+ years), software distribution and PC patch management through SCCM 2007.<br>
<br>
Requirements:<br>
	CompTia Security+ required (Candidate may have up to 6 months from date of hire to obtain)<br>
	MSCE or equivalent certification is preferred<br>
	A final DOD Secret clearance is required for this position<br>
	Knowledge of Army regulations and policies<br>
	Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with external clients<br>
	Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation<br>
	Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and delegate appropriate workload<br>

In depth knowledge of the payroll processes and/or procedures to recommend technical solutions.

Job Description: <br>
Recommend, install, configure, and maintain Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Servers, and Personal Computers. <br>
Comfortable installing, configuring, and administering many network technologies including but not limited to DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, OSPF, IPSEC <br>
Responds to and identifies, isolates, and prioritizes the determination and resolution of significant problem events (e.g., router, switch, server, and carrier problems) through the use of network management tools, test equipment and/or the diagnostic capabilities of firewalls, routers, and switches. <br>
Familiarity with a wide variety of computer applications and operating systems in a mixed Solaris, LINUX and Microsoft Network Operating System infrastructure <br>

Qualifications: <br>
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) preferred - CISCO Certified Network <br>
Willingness to expand your technical skill set outside of core networking strengths to include potential exposure with VOIP, SAN/NAS, Biometrics, IPS, IDS, Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, Disaster Recovery Strategies, etc. <br>
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with external clients <br>

As part of HT's Product Development team, the Sr. Network Engineer will develop technical designs and operational recommendations required for deployment and support of these products.<br>

-	Architect/Design provider based network solutions primarily upon HTΏs MPLS core network.  These solutions include the use of VPLS, VPRN, VLL and other Layer 2/3 networking protocols to allow for voice, video, Internet, and other data services.<br>
-	Perform proof of concept and full validation testing of new or modified network products in a lab environment using Layer 2/3 network stress tools.  Provide documentation of test plans and results.<br>
-	Document method and procedures, work instructions, provisioning guidelines and engineering specifications. Interface at the appropriate technical level to assist with the definition, design, test, and support of these services offered over HTΏs various data networks.<br>

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:  EDUCATION:  Bachelors Degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university.  EXPERIENCE:  One to three (1-3) years of experience which may include any of the following: coordination and project management experience, managing multiple projects/priorities, analyzing and solving complex problems, coordinating groups of people or individuals to set and meet goals and objectives, training staff in complex systems. The Knowledge Management Records Management Lead will work directly with the customer and MNF-I military Records Officer to develop a records filing, retention and disposition plan specific to MNF-I CJ Directorates and Major Subordinate Command (MSC) Headquarter Staffs.  The Records Management Lead will manage a team of contracted Record Management Clerks working directly with each directorate and Staff element to establish standardized records management program, draft and update MNF-I Records Management policy and procedures, and train personnel in the cataloging of specified official records.   The Records Management Lead will work closely with MNF-I and MNC-I Historians and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) representatives. The Records Management Lead will work for and take directions from the immediate supervision of the military MNF-I Chief of Records (or Records Officer).  <br>
<br>
RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
	Expert knowledge of management processes involved in the life cycle of records including electronic forms analysis and design; information systems design; reports and directives management; correspondence and mail management; archiving and retrieval systems, both manual and technology-enabled; records schedules and records appraisal. <br>
	Expert knowledge of documentation or library methods and techniques used to process information, historical records, or similar repositories and knowledge of special techniques, methods and devices used in semi- and fully-automated information systems.<br>
	Advanced knowledge of search and retrieval processes sufficient to identify, locate and provide documentary evidence of subpoenas or audits, Freedom of Information Act requests, and investigations of ethical and professional conduct while complying with statutory, regulatory, legal, and other requirements.<br>
	Advanced knowledge of the Armed Forces (Title 10 USC), and the organization and hierarchy of a Joint headquarters staff, Department of Defense, and COCOMs (Title 5 USC.) -- Knowledge of Information Security Policy and Executive Order 12958, "Classified National Security Information," March 25, 2003, necessary to comply with statutory, regulatory, legal and other associated requirements (cont'd below)<br>

RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
The SDNSE will be responsible for Enterprise-wide engineering of the Tier 0-1 WAN and day-to-day operations, maintenance, upgrade and problem determination and resolution of the theater classified and unclassified WANs. <br>
<br>
The Senior Engineer candidate will be involved in numerous projects and activities that will include: design, configuration, installation, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of multiple classified and unclassified networks.  The position requires a SENIOR level hands-on understanding / experience with key protocols:<br>
	BGP & BGP Policy-based routing<br>
	Quality of Service (QoS)<br>
	IGMP Multicasting<br>
	VPNs, ACLs, MPLS, IP, VoIP, Switching<br>
	SNMP, H.323, NAT, ICMP, OSPF, EIGRP, and other complex routing architectures. <br>
<br>
The Engineer MUST have Enterprise-level Wide Area Network (WAN) engineering experience in the following:<br>
	Internet Service Provider (ISP) group<br>
	Routing, Design, Configuration, Traffic Shaping through the use of Policy-based routing or Route-maps, troubleshooting and support of mid to large sized network environments.  <br>
<br>
Daily activities also require a solid understanding of switching technologies, including VLANs, trunking, PVST, 802.1w, 802.1x, etc.  Experience working with and managing BGP and EIGRP is a must.  The successful candidate will also monitor networks, review network performance reports and define action plans for improvements. <br>

Candidate needs to be skilled at interpreting customer requirements and turning them into solutions (functional requirements) and must be able to show where they have delivered hands-on proactive resolution of issues in a timely fashion. REPONSIBILITIES<br>

	Provides guidance or advice regarding telephone systems network architecture, commercialization, design, integration, and operations strategies or practices within the I-TIG.<br>
	Drafts, processes, issues, and implements I-TIG Telephone Systems network policy and standardization across the I-TIG as needed.<br>
	Provides oversight and enforcement of network performance, configuration management, and integration of the I-TIG interface to Tier 0, Tier 1, and Tier 2 circuit switched, tactical, and strategic telephone systems within the I-TIG.<br>
	Liaises with representatives from MNF-I branch sections and other organizations during communications planning and execution phases.<br>
	Coordinates with Telephone Systems Engineers from higher headquarters, lateral external agencies, and subordinate external agencies.<br>
	Coordinates on Joint Urgent Operational Needs (JUONS) or Operational Needs Statements (ONS) requesting telephone systems equipment.<br>
	Coordinates with Circuit Actions section for drafting/processing of Tier 1 and Tier 2 telephone systems-based Requests for Services (RFS) and change requests.<br>
	Coordinates to provide consolidated high-level trouble resolution for the I-TIG.<br>
	Conducts telephone systems network trend analysis with Branch sections and assists in the development of plans to ensure optimal network performance, capacity management, and call routing.<br>
	Assists in documentation of the I-TIG telephone systems network as required by CENTCOM J6 and the JNCC-I functions.<br>

Requirements:<br>
Must possess skills and knowledge in computer hardware and software as well as networking systems in use at customer sites<br>
Requires experience in the setup, configuration, use and trouble shooting of computer<br>
Trained and certified in automated help desk management systems. Must be familiar with Remedy AR System and be a self starter<br>
Must have a solid understanding of the Microsoft XP Operating System and possess detailed knowledge for all Microsoft Office Suite Software including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. <br>
Requires a basic understanding of LANs, WANs and Internet protocols<br>
Monitor the Pacific Theater Network of the Army while maintaining all security operations at a Tier 2 level<br>
