The Enterprise Systems Administrator role is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the USARPAC Theater�s System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Systems Centers Operations Manager (SCOM) implementations and their ability to support the Enterprise. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. The Enterprise Systems Administrator will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:
� Configure, build, and support the SCCM/SCOM servers for USARPAC Theater
� Collaborate with other IT staff members and teams to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling mission objectives and processes.
� Assist with recommending, scheduling, and implementing server / application upgrades or repairs.
� Deploy new COTS and GOTS applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.
� Apply software updates to servers and workstations for both COTS and GOTS applications
� Deploy server operating systems as required
� Responsible for benchmarking and tuning server hardware and software for optimal system performance.
� Responsible for escalated server, application, and hardware troubleshooting.
� Assist in establishing technology based policies and procedures for entire organization.
� Perform system upgrades on servers and operating systems.
� Assist with the research and evaluation of new third-party applications, hardware and services.
� Perform on going server and security audits in accordance with Army regulations and DISA STIG requirements.

Qualifications:
� Must be a self-starter with superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills at the Enterprise level.
� Ability to actively participate in team support by proposing and implementing solutions.
� Demonstrated aptitude for providing exceptional customer service in politically charged environments.

� Experience in using SCCM, Software Updates to deploy software updates and patches
� Experience in Software Deployment using SCCM
� Experience and proficiency with Windows server Operating Systems, clustering, scripting e.g. VB or Powershell, SQL- both management and querying, WMI and IIS and WinBatch.
� Experience working with Windows Operating Systems (5+ years), software distribution and PC patch management through SCCM 2007.

� CompTia Security+ required (Candidate may have up to 6 months from date of hire to obtain)
� MSCE or equivalent certification is preferred
� A final DOD Secret clearance is required for this position

The JNCC-I Theater Voice Engineer provides guidance, support, and oversight to ensure I-TIG voice services meet or exceed acceptable service and mission requirements while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. The engineer assists the military leadership with voice requirements analysis for current and future operations.

REPONSIBILITIES
� Provides voice network technical and policy support for MNF-I, lateral organizations, and subordinate units within the I-TIG and assists with the integration of voice networks, systems, or services into the I-TIG.
� Provides guidance or advice regarding telephone systems network architecture, commercialization, design, integration, and operations strategies or practices within the I-TIG.
� Drafts, processes, issues, and implements I-TIG Telephone Systems network policy and standardization across the I-TIG as needed.
