Volunteer Puppy Raisers Needed!!!

We are a 501 (C) 3 NON PROFIT AND work closely with all
pup raisers during the time a pup is in your care . Hawaii
Fido has weekly training sessions for foster pup raisers
and work on basic obedience,socialization, public access
training in a small group. These sessions are at various places
around the island. We ask that you attend most of these sessions.

Our goal for our Hawaii Fi-Do puppies is to train and
certify them as a service dog. They will be assistance dogs to provide
physical, psychological and therapeutic support for people who face
the daily challenges of life with a disability (other than blindness)
This is very different than raising a pet dog..
Our puppies that have successfully graduated never forget
their puppy raisers and it is heartwarming to see them later
in life successfully assisting and alerting their owner.

Please remember that love of people and animals guides all
Hawaii Fi-Do Service Dog programs and services.
