I will WORK OUT the TENSION in your MUSCLES and RELAX you at the same time. I use a mix of styles w/my own style developed over time by adding the movements that customers say 'ahhhh' to, or find benefit to their bodies, & eliminate the 'filler' movements taught in massage school.
