Small Licensed General Contractor looking for metal stud framer for 1,000 sq ft, high end condo remodel in Honolulu. Scope includes walls, ceilings, coffers/soffits. Must be able to read and understand blue prints, do material take-offs, work fast and efficiently, paying attention to detail and quality. Must be dependable, have own tools and transportation, 1 - 2 weeks worth of work only, must be able to work M-F 8-5.
