Job Description Summary:
Provides Information Technology support services in support of the Single Soldier Housing contract inclusive of maintenance of computer equipment, servicing of all electronic communication devices, utilization and training of end users on software databases and support of contract telephony systems. Software database includes Housing Operations Management System ( Homes4) which serves as the primary means of managing military housing reservation system. Utilizes web based tracking system and produces a variety of housing related reports.

Education/Qualification Requirement:
Minimum three to five years IT experience with one to two years IT Training experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology desired. Experience using Crystal Reports and developing database reports required. Valid Hawaii Driver's License and clean traffic abstract are required. Ability to gain military base access and pass military security clearance. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS ON WEEKENDS.
