Purpose of Position
To provide Help Desk support to call center staff located in the main office and in remote locations in Hawaii and on the mainland. Must be flexible, self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
Primary Duties and Responsibility
Supporting PC based systems and users
Database maintenance
Customer training, educating and support
Quality assurance
Minimum Requirements
Education
High School or above
GED acceptable
Attributes
Outgoing
Self-motivated
Skills
Fluent in English
Excellent verbal skills
Excellent written skills
Microsoft Small Business Server
Knowledge of Paradox and Foxpro a plus
The company will provide training
Compensation
$10.00 per hour
