Beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath condo on the 20th floor of a popular high rise near Downtown / Chinatown. Floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous pali views and air conditioning. Renters just gave notice so we it will be ready for you anytime the first two weeks of January. 3 month minimum (sorry complex rules). Ideally looking for someone who needs a place 3-9 months.

Beautifully decorated with designer furnishings in a contemporary style, gorgeous hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen and AC in the living area. The King bed in master bedroom is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on! Swimming pool and spa at the complex. Walk to shops, restaurants galore. Bus stops out in front of building but there is one parking place plus a pool and spa! Utilities included up to $75 a month. (Should cover it)

All you need are your clothes and toothbrush!

We have been renting furnished condos for over 20 years and we go out of our way to make sure people are happy with the accommodations.
