*I am looking for a room to rent for not a short term, but 6mths-1 yr hopefully/$350-$400 all utilities included
*I'm coming from Calif. so a bed and desk would help furnishing wise
*Clean and don't get bent outta shape if your not...odds are I'll clean it up anyways
*Get SSI due to an ankle injury ( yes I can walk) and have a monthly check to pay rent
*I do smoke and only outdoors till this day
*I rely on cabs so no car to cramp your style
*Animals don't bother me.....more the merrier

Sooooooo here's a lil summary about me.....Lookin to live in Hawaii cause I have a few friends there and they swear by it. I'm a former bartender who gets along with pretty much everybody and really enjoys people. I smoke, drink some, cuss some, on the computer too much, hate spiders, not religious.BUT.... I am tolerant, responsible , neat, fun, open minded and have a good sense of humor. I'm not looking to be anybodies new mama or gf, just a new roomie and friend.
