$675 Looking for a no drama share rental (Near HPU/Chinatown)

I'm a 47 year YOUNG, divorced, professional and responsible male. I currently live in Ewa, but work on Bishop St, and to be perfectly honest, the commute is starting to get to me.

I'm a respectful (of both people and belongings), down to earth, easy going, non-smoking individual who cleans up after himself, is quiet and drama free. My current roomate is 28 years old and we get along like brothers and without drama. I have freinds from their early 20's up to their late 50's, I get along with almost anyone. Looking to move to town, hopefully w/in walking distance of work. I can provide income verification, work, personal and rental references. I have NEVER been late with a rent payment.

Here are the issue's I've been having trouble with in trying to secure a share rental:

1. I have a 12 year old son, he lives with his mom, but does spend most Fri and/or Sat nights with me. I realize people with pets and kids always say "no problems" ... buy my son is the most quiet, respectful and courteous young man you will come across. There have been times my current roomate doesn't even realize that he's there. He's not hyper, he's rather shy, but a good kid who knows right from wrong, is very aware of others and thier feelings and I have yet to come accross an adult that hasn't commented that he's the nicest and most respectful kid they've met. I can assure you of no problems. My current roomate can attest to that.

2. I have a car, so I require a place to park. I don't mind "street" parking, as long as there's a VERY good chance of getting a spot. A lot of these ad's say "street parking", but the area they're in makes it near impossible to get a spot on the street.

3. I can't pay a full months security deposit. I CAN pay $50-$100 extra a month until it's paid off.

4. Lookin for AT LEAST a 12 month lease, as I will be a long term tennant.

5. I currently pay $450 a month rent (I did not pay a deposit to move in), so if I can secure a spot within walking distance to my job, I can pay up to 650-675 (if utils are included) a month without concern because I won't have to pay $100 a month for parking, and at least $100 a month for gas.

If anyone is in need of a responsible, respectful roomate with a great sense of humor, is drama free (my son's mom and I are the best of friends) and pays their rent on time, please send me an email and I will send you my phone number to call me.
