I am looking for a room to rent in a quiet home starting December.
I am a retired female. I have a steady retirement income and excellent references. I am clean, quiet and friendly. I am presently renting a room in a house, unfortunately, the owner’s family is coming from the Mainland and he needs the room for his family.
I prefer to live in the Waipio or Mililani area, but I will consider anywhere near a bus line.
I can afford to pay up to $600 per month including everything. I am looking for a furnished private bedroom and hopefully, though not necessarily, my own bathroom. I do not need parking. I would like cable tv in my room and a quiet place to live with friendly roommates. I do like to cook from time to time.
