If you have a room for rent and are tired or worry about a flaky, dirty and smoker or drug user type roommate, well that is not me. I am a friendly, easy going, reliable, clean and neat, non smoker and no drugs guy. I have no hangups on race, age, sexual preferences,religions or other hangups. Will help keep your home neat and clean and not a party guy. I am a 72 yr old male and do volunteer work to keep me busy. Have lived with gay/bi and straight without any problems. Am discreet and always concerned about roommates concerns too. Have car and need parking space. Do cook a little and never leave a mess in kitchen or bathroom. I have lived here on Oahu for over 6 yrs in Kaneohe, but want to move into the town areas. I know how hard it is to find a roommate with all the concerns of folks here on Oahu. Like to move before the end of the year. If you are interested, will come visit and chat to see how things go. I have no pets but ok with them.
