I'm having my daughters 1st birthday party and am looking to house some family members coming in from the outer island.

Local Family...From the Big Island (Kona Side)
My Parents: (Older Local Couple) & My sister & Husband & 2 young kids (4 & 6 yrs)
*Family is VERY VERY well mannered... considerate and will not cause you any headache!!!

We're looking for a vacation rental to check in on Friday (Dec 4th) and check out Sunday (Dec 6th)

Family will be spending minimum time at rental (basically only to sleep) because they will be at my house most of the time... unfortunately I just don't have enough room!

If you can help that would be GREAT! Don't let your Vacation Rental sit empty for the weekend...when we've got money right here waiting!

We're looking to spend 350-400 dollars TOTAL.
