One of the most laid back, down to earth, cleanest roommates. I'm 22, work full time, and also take online classes. Will be going to UH full time next year hopefully. I have a pretty big 1BR apartment that overlooks Diamondhead and some of Waikiki beach. Older 20-story building w/ secured entrance, elevator, parking for bikes and mopeds.. and can probably get you your own stall for $50 a month if I ask the landlord. It's right by the zoo, Waikiki beach, Kapiolani park, literally in Waikiki towards the end of Kuhio. Perfect for student and/or someone working in Waikiki. It is only 1 BR... but if you are tight on cash and dont want to get a place far away from everything and having to have like 3-4 roommates, then this is a perfect place. I work during the days and in the evenings go work out at 24 hr fitness, go fo runs along the ala wai or around diamondhead, then come home, work on some HW, eat some dinner, and then watch some netflix or TV and maybe have a beer or two every once in a while. I am clean and very laid back and quiet. I love to bqq, hit the beach up, maybe go for a hike, etc.
I have futon in living room, but it would probably be easier to fit a twin bed in here.. or maybe to make things easier I could sell my queen bed and we could get to twin beds for the bedroom. Sounds weird, but this is a cool place with all the doors sliding back into the walls, so the bedroom and either be seperated from the rest of the apartment or everything can be left open like one huge studio. Full kitchen and washer n dryer in unit. Internet, cable, water is free. And my electric bill is roughly $40 a month. No AC but it gets a nice breeze at the 20th floor and a small fan at night works fine. Hit me up!
