Wanted!!! I may be relocating to Ohau early next year and need a 2-3 bedroom 2 bath home/condo to rent. I have 2 small dogs (shiba Inu) and 1 totally declawed domestic cat. All are exceptionally well cared for, are house broken, do not have accidents, chew on anything, climb, dig, bark, or have any other bad habits. They are FAMILY members. I am a physician and my brother is in law enforcement command. We will be sharing the house. We are both mature (50ish & 60ish) do not have parties, play loud music, or have roudy friends. Ewa Beach would be a perfect location but we CANNOT afford $2,000./3,000. per month in this economy. Other locations will be considered. We are capable of assisting the property owner with repairs, maintancece/upkeep, remodeling, etc. to help off set rental fee to something affordable Additionally, I have a horse I need a bording facility for. If you have any suggestions for that or a property that may work please e-mail any questions, thoughts, property photos with suggestions.
