We are seeking a entry level In Store Training Coordinator for our Kaneohe, Kaimuki and Waianae stores to prepare and present product knowledge training programs to team members and to assist in store orientation and basic training arrangements for newly hired team members. Training coordinators report to the store managers and take direction from our company training assistant.
Candidates for this position must have a strong working knowledge of hardware and home improvement retail products and operations, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as cohesively within a team. High school diploma required.
