City Mill is seeking candidates for entry level supervisory positions. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, coaching and developing team members, maintaining inventory, stock and displaying merchandise, and maintaining a safe work area.
Requirements for this position include a minimum of 2 years of retail experience, 12 months of which were in a hardware or home improvement setting, a high school diploma, excellent customer service and communications skills, and a strong desire to move up within the Company.
