Job Description Summary:
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers in large retail store; manage day-to-day operations. Responsible for reaching sales quotas and goals. Assigns duties to workers and schedules break periods, work hours, and vacations to meet store needs and payroll budget. Trains workers in store policies, department procedures, and job duties. Responsible for inventory control and loss prevention management. Prepares sales and inventory reports. Ensures sales and cash reporting accuracy and daily bank deposits. Listens to customer complaints, examines returned merchandise, and resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations.

Education/Qualification Requirement:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
