Position: Bilingual (Japanese/English) Store Manager
Work Hours: 7am -11 pm Monday-Sunday 5 days. This position requires availability to work a set eight-hour shift between these hours of operation
Pay Scale: $35-46K base salary, 2-10%+ Commission & Bonuses
Responsibilities:
The store manager will be responsible for store sales and will manage and motivate sales associates. Must lead through example.
Requirements:
(1) Must be energetic and not afraid to talk to people,
(2) Must be fluent in both Japanese & English,
(3) Need to be able to grab customers attention at all times,
(4) Aggressive sales style is helpful,
(5) Must be energetic and motivated.
(6) 2-3 years of retail management experience,
(7) Able to motivate a team of 3-4 sales people,
(8) Scheduling of employees,
(9) Responsible of operations and sales goals of store,
(10) Involved with hiring and interviewing sales associates and assistant managers, &
(11) Will be required to sell.
Desired Skills:
(1) High end retail experience, &
(2) Prior experience in managing high end retail.
