Purchasing the amount of Marriott points (5,600) required to reserve the same premium weeks that you could reserve with this deeded timeshare would cost you an estimated $64,000 from Marriott today. (The Marriott points required to reserve a locked off studio and master suite during the highest platinum season is 5,600 points, see attached point schedule for Ko Olina.)

They use a lawyer licensed in HI and a Hawaiian escrow service. Their advertised fee for closing a Hawaiian timeshare is $345 and that includes an Hawaiian escrow service.
