REALTOR HELP NEEDED (AIEA)
I'm looking to list, and we will give the listing to the realtor who will list it for the highest amount. We're not desperate to sell, just want to list it for whatever it's worth.
You can do the math, and the comparables, and then let me know what your willing to offer to list it at. This is a gold-mine, and I will not tolerate any type of mockery.
I'm looking for a brave realtor who ain't afraid of what other people think of you. I'm looking for a realtor that can tolerate when people say "your crazy" and then laugh in your face. You have to be able to stand up to that, because this ain't a joke and their laughing is a sign of ignorance. I don't want to deal with any realtor that thinks I'm stupid, crazy, insane, or out of my mind. I'm NOT setting the trend, just simply go by the comparables. Then email me, with your name, company, and phone number, only if your serious just like I am.
About the property, it is multi-zoned, A-1, P-2, P-1. An architect provided a sketch of a multi-unit development consisting of homes and town homes on the A-1 zoned. There is a beautiful gorgeous river that runs through the property. The previous developer was about completed with rezoning a portion of P-1 to build luxury homes. I would have attempted to rezone lots more than that.

This is vacant land, with permits for 1 house in progress. This is 82- Acres, I inherited from my great-grandmother's brother. My cousins, didn't think much of it, and passed it off like if it was worthless or maybe they were too busy chasing girls and going to private schools. Now I got it, and looking to cash out on it.
