I have a garage parking spot on Ward/Kinau near the Accademy of Arts, Straub Hospital and the Blaisedale for 150$ a month + a refundable 50$ deposit for the gate/garage door opener. The garage is gated, video survailance, 2nd floor large spot. I just moved into the building and do not drive. Can show it anytime.
