Office Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage office staff and oversee all day to day office duties
Prepare cost estimates and provide customers with price quotations
Meet customer order requirements by planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating order entry, purchasing, material movements, warehouse distribution and invoice systems
Approve all vendor invoices
Provide end of month material accruals
Cost breakdowns for OPS rolls/materials
Maintain accurate inventory records
Take EOM and EOY physical inventories
Approve credit and collect delinquent accounts
Process daily cash deposit and post cash

Experience:
Prior planning/estimating experience
Has worked in general business environment
Cost accounting experience would be a plus (may not be needed)
Supervisory experience would be a plus
Supply Chain or Warehouse Distribution experience a plus
Proficient with Word and Excel
