HOURS:
Full-time, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week), Monday - Friday

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position encompasses the following duties, but not limited to: schedule and organize appointments for staff, greet visitors to the office, regularly communicate with clients via phone and e-mail, negotiate prices with clients, manage office supplies, etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

Secretarial experience
