LOGISTICS & WHOLESALE ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsible for the administrative function in fulfillment of medium wholesale customer orders from onset to completion. Provide and handle logistics for all orders that require it. Charge credit cards and receive checks timely.

Desired Qualifications:

• Logistics exprience dealing with products and transportation
• Knowledge of Accounting Program - Acctivate a plus
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Extremely detail oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time
• Strong math, logic ability
• Time Management and organization are critical
• Self motivated, reliable and conscientious team player proven to be able to solve problems and make decisions without constant supervision
• Be able to handle changes, be flexible and willing to do whatever is needed at the moment
• Able to do repetitive work without becoming lazy
• Precise data entry skills preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and process medium wholesale orders from onset to invoicing to keep track shipment was made
• Contract trucking companies and handle all aspects of logistics to ship products from point A to point B
• Charge credit cards/invoice all customers and reconcile accounts daily.
• Get UPS costs from shipment notification and add to invoice- charge credit card or mail invoice.
• Use Transaction Importer tool to enter all orders into QB.
• Enter new customers into accounting program daily.
• Create an invoice for each one and then email, mail or charge credit card as required.
• Create credit memos, send or adjust invoices and other admin duties as requested.
• Maintain UPC Barcode list and Product code list.
• Create new product codes on demand.
• Create new barcodes on demand.
• Check invoices from warehouse are correct and process.
